Santa Luzia’s panel rails (a.k.a. Boiseries) are made from a raw material called polystyrene, also known as EPS. These profiles are eco-friendly and sustainable because they are made from recycled EPS (STYROFOAM®). After recycling the plastic, 96% of it is used as raw material for the production of mouldings and wall paneling. Once these profiles have reached the end of their useful life, they can be recycled and transformed into raw materials once again for the production of new products. This panel rail 448 is available in the size of 35 7/16″ (90cm) x 23-5/8″ (60cm) and is painted white from factory. It is ready to install and can be repainted according to client’s needs. This panel rail has several interesting features that differentiate it from other products in its category. It does not mold, rot, is immune to pests and termites, is water-resistant, and can be used in wet/ humid environments, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Its use is for interior environments only. For installation, we recommend the following Santa Luzia accessories: double-sided tape, super adhesive, white premium caulk, or sealant.
