This base 446 is finished in Blond freijo hot stamping from factory and is made of a raw material called polystyrene, technically known as PS. The Blond freijo base 446 is part of the Woodenen Collection, which includes other products, such as casings and accessories. These profiles are eco-friendly and sustainable because they are made from recycled EPS (STYROFOAM®). After recycling the plastic, 96% of it is used as raw material for the production of mouldings and wall paneling. Once these profiles have reached the end of their useful life, they can be recycled and transformed into raw materials once again for the production of new products. This base has several interesting features that differentiate it from other products in its category. It does not mold, rot, is immune to pests and termites, is water-resistant, and can be used in wet/ humid environments, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Its use is for interior environments only. This profile’s board comes in lengths of 7′ 10-1/2″ (2.4m) by factory standard (which may be customizable upon request).

Made from recycled polystyrene, the mouldings of this collection combine the appearance of wood and allow for perfect adjustments on any type of flooring. We present to you the Wooden Collection. This collection offers 3 finish options for bases with a height of 2-3/4″ (70mm), which are Brazilian Walnut, Blond Freijo and Dark Brown. In addition to its practical and quick installation, the significant advantage of the mouldings in this and other Santa Luzia collections is the adoption of sustainable practices, which eliminate the use of wood as a raw material.

One of the most charming spaces at Revestir 2025 was the kids` room, where creativity, functionality, and delicate finishing touches came together beautifully ✨
We explored new ways to use our products, with the Half Round stealing the show! It was applied as Wainscoting on the walls and even on the furniture, showcasing its full versatility and design fluidity.
To complete the look, we created a mashrabiya using Slats, Batten, and Ecobrise pieces, all interwoven with rope — resulting in a light, playful, and dynamic composition. Perfect for a space designed to nurture children`s development and well-being.
